Pastured Pork: Sausage

Born and raised on our farm, our pigs are rotated in our pastures and enjoy rooting around and wallowing in the mud. Our pigs eat local all natural grains and hay, and they feast on whey, a by-product of cheesemaking, which produces an extra tasty pork!
