Dive into our Ground Beef & Cauliflower Hash, a savory and satisfying dish made with our 100% grass-fed ground beef, paired with cauliflower and topped with a melting layer of our rich Goblin cheese for a deliciously hearty meal.

Ingredients
- (2 ½ + C) frozen cauliflower (defrosted & drained) OR fresh cauliflower OR summer squash, chopped
- (1/2 C) bell pepper, chopped
- (1/4 C) onion, chopped
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (2 C) Goblin 8 oz
- (3/4 tsp) garlic powder
- (3/4 tsp) salt
- (1/4 tsp) pepper
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook pepper & onion in oil or butter over medium-high heat. Cook until onions are translucent and peppers are tender, 3-4 minutes.
- Add ground beef or sausage; cook until no longer pink.
- Add cauliflower, garlic, salt, pepper; cook until tender. (If using fresh vegetables, add ¼ C water and cover pan to steam).
- Top with cheese; turn heat to low, cover pan and allow cheese to melt.
