Crosswinds Cheese Fondue

Looking for a fun and festive way to entertain guests? Some of the best conversations happen when people linger at the table with cheese fondue and wine.
Ingredients
- (1/2 C) Beer or Chicken Stock
- (2 tsp) Chopped Garlic
- (1 tsp) Dry Mustard Powder
- (1 tsp) Dry Mustard Powder
- (2 tsp) Worcestershire Sauce
- (8 oz) Grated Crosswinds Goblin Cheese
- (4 oz) Grated Crosswinds Rose's Reserve Cheese
- (1 Tbsp) Cornstarch or All-Purpose Flour
Directions
1. toss grated cheese with cornstarch or flour, set aside
2. on medium high heat add bear, garlic, dry mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to your double boiler, whisk together.
3. bring mixture to a simmer, reduce heat to medium and add 1/3 of the cheese. Whisk well. Keep cooking and whisking until it comes together.
4. while whisking add remaining cheese and whisk until smooth.
5. reduce heat to low and serve with various dippers--apples, veggies, bread, pretzels, sausage or meatballs.
