Our veal is different! We raise calves alongside their mothers and only wean them at 6-8 months, a practice which is almost unheard of in modern dairy farming. They spend their time with us grazing the pastures on our farm. Buying our veal supports the compassionate care of calves, for whom our mother cows produce milk.
