This smoked summer sausage,  a blend of our own beef & pork, is peppery and delicious, similar to a soft salami.  Here are our recommended charcuterie pairings: our handcrafted cheeses including Butternut, Rose’s Reserve and Morning Glory Chive, crackers, dill pickles and honey. Pop a bottle of sparkling wine, riesling or rosé! Vacuum-Sealed.
