The best bacon out there! Our cured Jowl bacon slices are shorter and fattier slices than classic bacon and come from the big ol jiggly jowls of our fat and happy pastured pigs. Word to the wise: cook these on lower heat or the fat can burn.  Frozen & Vacuum-Sealed.
