Holiday Ham Roast Deposit

Our bone-in, pasture-raised Smoked Pork Ham Roast is expertly smoked to infuse deep flavor throughout. This roast is ideal for oven finishing, where it becomes wonderfully tender and juicy. Serve it up with a glaze of brown sugar and mustard to accentuate its smoky essence. A show-stopping main dish for any festive occasion!  Will be available for pickup Tuesday & Wednesday of Thanksgiving week at Press Bay Market (Tuesday - Ithaca), at our Ovid or Rock Stream farm stores.  A $40 deposit holds your order with balance due at pickup.  Sizes range from 3-10 lb.  Please specify desired weight with order; we will match as closely as possible.
